To give you the freedom to visit these magnificent landscapes, why not travel by motorhome... visit Corsica by motorhome! However, we advise you to leave outside the summer months. We therefore recommend the months of May, September and October. Given the large number of tourists, it's difficult to get around with a large motorhome. If you can choose your motorhome, you're better off with a van or a small motorhome like the AUTOSTAR CELTIC EDITION I660.

Where to sleep in a motorhome?

Travelling by motorhome in Corsica can sometimes be very complicated. You can park in any of the parking spaces during the day, but it's forbidden to park overnight. We advise you to sleep in campsites. For many of them, you don't need to make a reservation.

Alternatively, you can visit a motorhome park. Corsica has 57 motorhome parks. The park4night application will help you find them.

If you take the boat, you can leave from Nice. You will then arrive in Bastia, on the north of the island.

You can then visit Haute Corse and the west coast. You can travel there in your motorhome outside the summer months.

However, crossing Corsica from north to south can take a long time, and 15 days won't be enough! We recommend that you visit part of Corsica.

AJACCIO

Ajaccio is a lively, charming old town. Ajaccio is also the birthplace of Napoleon Bonaparte. Take the time to visit his birthplace and the citadel.

If a 3-hour round-trip hike doesn't scare you, we suggest you discover the famous Trou de la Bombe.

To appreciate the site, you don't need to be afraid of heights.

Bonifacio is the island's most southerly town, with magnificent white cliffs and narrow streets overlooking a pretty harbor where sailboats from all over the world dock.
